We are open and transparent about our costs.

We charge an initial consultation fee so that we can devote a reasonable amount of time to prepare for your attendance and so that we have a good understanding of your case. During this consultation, we will provide you with experienced professional advice, tailored to your needs, and we will follow up that advice in writing. If you choose to instruct us, we will give you a written cost estimate of further work that will be required. We can offer fixed fee quotes or an hourly rate arrangement.  We will set out our terms of business in a client care letter once you agree to instruct us.

Fixed Fee Arrangement:

We offer fixed fees for some road traffic work and those are listed in the road traffic offences part of our website which can also be accessed by navigating to this page http://www.osbornknight.co.uk/services/road-traffic-offences/

We are happy to provide fixed price quotes once work starts in your case. We will estimate the number of hours required to work on your case, and if more work is done than what was first anticipated then, we will not be bill you for an additional amount unless we agree that with you in advance. Also, if we work much less than what was first quoted, then we will provide an apportioned refund of costs. If payment is not received, then we reserve the right to stop working on your case.

Hourly rate Arrangement:

If you wish to instruct us on an hourly basis, then we will invoice you every month, or on a mutually agreed period. We expect our invoices to be paid on receipt. If payment is not received, then we reserve the right to stop working on your case.
