Our client was initially investigated by the local authority trading standards department after copyrighted videos had been recovered from his store. The matters were handed over to the Federation Against Copyright Theft. FACT then commenced a private prosection in relation to the items that had been recovered. We negotiated with FACT and came to a resolution about the issues.
