We have assisted organisations in internal corporate investigations to assess whether there is a regulatory breach that would require them to report the issue to their regulator or the police. We, of course, appreciate the sensitive nature of such investigations and how it might affect the company, its employees, company morale and the organisation's reputation at large. In the initial stages, such an investigation is approached, sensitively and covertly to allow the collection of evidence without tipping off the perpetrator or those involved. Subject to what is revealed, the investigation may have to be pursued much more aggressively in the secondary stages. We have independent expertise available to us that will allow a much more detailed and in-depth analysis of the evidence.
We can tailor our investigation to look at allegations of impropriety or misconduct and provide independence to an investigation where senior personnel are involved.
